1. Acceptance
By accessing this site, using the related marketplace, or purchasing domains through our official channels, you agree that you have read, understood, and accept these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not continue with a purchase or use of the services.
2. Scope of services
Aged Domain Store provides information, catalog listings, and purchase paths for aged domains through our official marketplace. Transaction details (payment, escrow, order status) follow the flows on that marketplace platform.

3. Access and ownership
After transfer completes, the domain is delivered with full access and full control to the buyer, or pushed to the buyer’s registrar account (for example GoDaddy, Namecheap, Dynadot, or another registrar supported in the transfer flow). Responsibility for use, renewal, registrar account security, and legal compliance rests entirely with the buyer.
4. Communication and contact
There is no official communication outside the marketplace platform for purchases, transfers, or order support. Use in-app chat and official notifications so transaction history stays documented and secure. Do not follow payment or transfer instructions from parties claiming to represent us outside those channels.
5. Permitted use
Buyers may use domains for legitimate purposes such as a primary site, money site, landing page, PBN (with your own legal and policy risk), YouTube projects, or other SEO use in a relevant niche—as long as use does not violate applicable law or third-party policies (for example ad networks or platforms).
6. “Clean history” representations and due diligence
We aim to offer domains with a clean history, including where checks are available: not materially blocked on filters we can test, not intended for spam, not in a Google penalty state known to us at audit time, not on email/spam blacklists we reasonably test, not used for phishing, gambling, scams, adult content, or illegal activity, a reasonable backlink profile, normal Google indexation, and no material toxic SEO history by our review.
However, because domains are historical assets and third-party policies change, we cannot guarantee technical or reputation conditions after handover, including algorithm updates, manual third-party reviews, or third-party claims. Buyers are responsible for additional due diligence before purchase.
7. Delivery and transfer
For same-registrar account-to-account transfers (for example GoDaddy to GoDaddy), typical timing:
- Fastest: about 5–10 minutes after required details are complete and approved.
- Slowest: up to 1 business day, depending on registrar policy, time zone, and security verification.
Delays outside our control (registrar outages, identity verification, domain locks, etc.) may extend the process.
8. Booking accuracy warranty
If the transferred domain does not match what you ordered (identity / TLD / material specs on the official order confirmation), after the domain is returned per marketplace procedures we will provide a replacement consistent with the order terms or a refund per the payment/escrow policies of the platform.
9. Purchase flow (summary)
- Check availability and domain details in the official catalog/listing.
- Complete checkout on the marketplace and provide the correct Customer ID and email for same-registrar transfers where that method applies.
- For technical questions or status, use official marketplace chat.
10. Owner responsibility and cancellation
Once purchased, the domain is fully the responsibility of the new owner. Use that violates applicable law, relevant norms, or public order is the domain owner’s responsibility; not Aged Domain Store’s or the seller’s.
We may cancel or refuse to continue a transfer if recipient data/email/other signals relate to illegal activity or violate marketplace terms of service.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. The latest version will appear on this page with an updated date. Purchases after that date follow the latest terms.
